A* grade over all would be an auto 4-6 seat.
A grade over all would be an auto 7+ seat.
B grade over all would be an auto squad place.
C grade over all would be an Trial squad place.
anything lower would be re installment into the academy from year 1.

All your points will be added and put into a hidden table which will decide your overall grade.
